The Lido was originally a balneotherapy and heliotherapy facility. This peculiarity was due to its geographical and climatic position, characteristics that today, more than ever, persist and constitute an added value to the establishment.

In Sardinia and particularly in the Golfo degli Angeli, the warm climate all year round with the ever-present sun and cool sea water temperatures (in January 15°C)  makes Il Lido di Cagliari the ideal place. Whether it is for therapeutic or preventive therapeutic purposes, sunbathing, virgin sea water treatment, sand massages... There is everything you need!
With these essential premises, the basis of true thalassotherapy, the first spa of Poetto di Cagliari will be born.

The scientific work already developed over the years, the technical work completed over the last months and the implementation that will start shortly will allow us to be able to inaugurate our SPA.

This is our wish and our goal for the 2024 season.
